You can delete your Moto-Tracks account and its associated data at any time, using any of the methods below. No purchase, support ticket, or waiting period is required to start a deletion.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Moto-Tracks app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out immediately on all your devices.
Option 2 — On the web
- Sign in at moto-tracks.com.
- In the sidebar, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
- Confirm.
Option 3 — By email
Email privacy@moto-tracks.com from the address registered to your account and ask for it to be deleted. We action requests promptly.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email address, display name, sign-in credentials and any linked Google / GitHub / Apple sign-in).
- Your saved routes, including any you shared publicly.
- Your recorded rides (GPS tracks, statistics, notes).
- Feedback you sent us that is linked to your account.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You don't have to close your account to remove data:
- Saved routes — delete any route from Routes → My Routes in the app, or from My Routes in the web sidebar (swipe / delete button).
- Recorded rides — delete any ride from Ride History in the app or My Rides on the web. Deletion syncs across your devices.
- Anything else (e.g. feedback you sent us) — email privacy@moto-tracks.com from your account's address and tell us what to remove.
Grace period and retention
Deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out, and your account and public content stop being visible to other riders. For 30 days the account can be restored by signing back in (in case you change your mind); after that it is permanently and irreversibly erased from our systems. We do not retain personal data beyond this, except where the law requires otherwise. Crash reports are not linked to your account and contain no personal data.
